At Little India Dolls Co., each doll is carefully crafted and inspected before shipping. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind or preference.
However, if you experience an issue with your order, we will be happy to assist you.
Replacement for Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please provide: Your order number, Clear photos of the product and packaging, A brief description of the issue Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Eligibility for Replacement
To be eligible for a replacement: The product must be unused and in original packaging, The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, The issue must be verified by our support team
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or replacement: Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery, Minor variations in color, fabric, or design that may occur due to handcrafted production, Requests made after the 48-hour window
Refunds
Refunds are generally not provided. In exceptional situations where a replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued at the discretion of Little India Dolls Co.
